Math Class due Thursday: We are done with Unit 1. Next week will be a review week and students will be working on the Review Test for homework. If they do not understand a problem we will go over them on Thursday. Homework Page 37-42 in the Student Textbook Not the Homework Books. They will be presenting their Autobiographical Islands this week.  20 minutes of reading 10 minutes of typing practice Recycle Program We will be collecting plastic bottles and cans the last Wednesday of each month: 8/30, 9/27, 10/25, 11/29, 12/20, 1/31, 2/28, 3/21, 4/25, and 5/30. If you are willing to help out, please save your cans and plastic bottles that have a CRV label .  Then, on Wednesday, August 30th , you can drop your donation at the front of the school near the Flagpole for the Recycling Team to organize. We ask that you make sure only cans and plastic bottles be placed in the bags and if you could rinse them out before you store them in the bag our Recycle Team would greatly appreciate it! Welcome to the 2017-2018 School Year Parents have some packets the kids will give you. In those a few things to highlight: -Remind Code to join our class updates -PTC packet to join and support our school -Annual Parent Notice -Catheryn Gates Student Handbook Form Also take a picture of your student in their reading spot. This is a spot where they are going to read each night. We will be hanging these in the classroom! You can Print them in color or send them to me to print at crohla@rcsdk8.org. I would like to have these by Wednesday the 23.
