Welcome Back! I hope everyone enjoyed a great Thanksgiving and a restful break! We are changing a few things about homework: Rohla's Math Class: We are starting to learn about measurement. Talk to you kiddos about any measurement you may use in your daily life.  Page 119  Homework an Remembering Book Accelerated Math  inputted by Friday. Kids will still be coming home with Accelerated Math. Help them budget their week so they can be done by Friday. Maybe 5 problems a day or a page a day. If you have 3 or more pages they may want two weeks to finish their packet. I am fine with that they just need to show me on Friday they have a plan for when their packet will be done. This is conference week! Which means school will get out at 12:25 everyday!!! Students may want to: Work on Poppy: questions, vocabulary, setting or characters Newspaper articles or research Do not let them work on these all day as we are doing these in class. Students have been working very hard on their trimester 1 assessments. Homework for this week and next are: 20 minutes of typing practice (logged in time) If they cannot log in please let me know so I can show them how to log in. 30 minutes of silent reading and updating biblionasium. If you have not yet signed up for a conference next week I have sent a paper home or you can sign up on Catheryn Gates Website.
