Week of December 9th - 13th

Trying to do a fun Fall Reading with Pumpkins. I am looking for every kiddo to have a small pumpkins they can decorate (at school) about their mystery.  If you can donate a small pumpkin(s) that would be much appreciated.

Due Friday:

• Drops in a Bucket Math
• no Literature Logs this week on Google Classroom

• three by three square you will see an icon for Google Classroom looks like a chalkboard
• then under our classroom Rohla they will have Literature Log they can click on to add their log. 

Each Night:

• 20 minutes of reading 
• Mysteries need to be finished by Tuesday the 24th! 
• 10 minutes of typing practice

Recycle Program

We will be collecting plastic bottles and cans the last Wednesday of each month: 10/25, 11/29, 12/20, 1/31, 2/28, 3/21, 4/25, and 5/30.

1. Canned Food Drive Boxes 

They are here & will be in your classrooms soon! (they are behind in getting boxes to us) Collect canned foods now - November 9th!  

2. Sock-tober: Donate socks to help those in need! 

      Put in the grade level boxes in the office!

October 24th, Tuesday	“Sock” bad drugs away from our lives.” Everyone wear a pair of silly, funny, odd, cute, fancy or sporty socks to school with your shoes. Today’s message:
October 25th, Wednesday	“Team UP against drugs!” Wear your favorite sports shirt or jersey
October 26th, Thursday	“Rainbow Day: Leprechauns know there’s gold at the end of the rainbow. Go for the gold!!!” Wear a rainbow of colors!
October 27th, Friday	“Be an Explorer & EXPLORE smart choices & good decisions! Be Great at Gates!” Wear your Gates Spirit Wear!
